Rajani Associates was established in November 1999 and has been involved in domestic and international practice in nearly all fields of corporate law as well as commercial litigation and property laws.


The Firm assures that its clients receive a complete package of services and handhold the clients throughout the transaction process gathering inputs from various agencies to culminate into successful closure of the transaction. The Firm takes the initiative to ensure that it co-ordinates with all agencies, whether they be company secretaries, financial advisers or investment bankers and assists clients in the appointment process of agencies in the relevant corporate transaction for and on behalf of its clients and likewise with counsels and experts in commercial litigation, if the need so arises.
