Nishtha passed her LLB examination in the year 2009 from the Government Law College (University of Mumbai) and has been with the Firm since then.

Nishtha is a Principal Associate and is working as part of the Private Equity, FEMA and General Corporate Team. Over the years, Nishtha has gained proficiency in corporate and foreign exchange laws of India and has worked in various private equity and cross border transactions including stock swap deals. She also handles general corporate and commercial documentation.

Her interest lies in photography, music and exploring the magical nature and different destinations along with their culture and heritage. She also loves to participate in adventure sports.
