Ruchi has been associated with the firm since 2020 and is currently part of the Acquisitions, Private Equity, and General Corporate team. Her experience spans a wide range of private equity transactions, foreign exchange matters, general corporate advisory, and commercial documentation.

Ruchi has co-authored several articles, including “Revamped ODI Framework – Impetus for Undertaking Foreign Transactions or Old Wine in New Bottle?” published by Bar & Bench, “Behind Closed Doors: Where Business Conduct Ends and White Collar Crimes Begin” featured in Legal Era and Intra Legem on “Attorney – Client Privilege”.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Jai Hind College (2017), an LL.B. from K.C. Law College (2020), and an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Mumbai.

Outside of work, Ruchi enjoys travelling, staying active through fitness, and reading.
